Hello and welcome to my blog! I made it to keep family and friends updated with my upcoming trip! For those of you that have not heard: I was accepted for a State Department abroad internship this summer in Casablanca, Morocco. Pending security clearance, visa, immunizations, and some paperwork, I will be leaving the States sometime after this school year is over (early June) to be gone for 10 weeks. I am so excited and still in a state of disbelief.
As for now, I am waiting for my security clearance before I can apply for visas or start the other paperwork. This waiting is kind of driving me crazy but it is out of my hands for a while.
